Vaishali Kapadia is an associate in the private client and tax team in London, helping clients navigate the complex issues surrounding wealth planning.

She specialises in assisting with the preparation of English wills and trusts to achieve succession planning or asset protection objectives; planning for later life through lasting powers of attorney; and probate and estate administration, as well as advising executors and trustees on their powers and duties when carrying out their roles.

Vaishali joined the firm in September 2023. She is a member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private wealth professionals, and has successfully completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates for England and Wales.
