Funding round for university spin-out

Acting for Oxford University artificial intelligence start-up DiffBlue on its £17 million Series A funding round which was led by Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments, alongside Oxford Sciences Innovation and the Oxford Technology and Innovations Fund.

Transatlantic business expansion

Representing European manufacturer Norbar Torque Tools during the sale of the group to NYSE listed Snap-On Inc. The US$72 million transaction is expected to allow Norbar to accelerate product development and increase production in the UK.
