Charlotte is a commercial property lawyer with particular expertise in social housing. She has acted for range of banks and borrowers on finance work and specialises in large-scale security work for registered providers.

She has extensive experience in dealing with complex residential and mixed-use development and regeneration projects. She also regularly deals with option agreements, collaboration and joint ventures, stock transfer and rationalisation projects, planning, infrastructure and ancillary agreements.
