Rebecca heads the private individuals division, with overall responsibility for its strategic direction as it continues to provide high quality and pioneering advice for affluent individuals and their families. She works particularly closely with the team partners and sector leaders advising private clients.
She is a specialist family lawyer with 10 years of experience supporting international and domestic clients in London and the South East. Her particular areas of expertise include advising on financial issues such as pensions, trusts and businesses. After joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2015 as a knowledge lawyer for the family department, she changed her focus from advising individuals to supporting the family team to provide the very best service to its clients by improving processes and systems.
An experienced author of legal materials and articles, Rebecca has worked as a freelance professional support lawyer for LexisNexis. She has also written articles for New Law Journal, Solicitors Journal, Family Law Journal, Resolution’s The Review and Pensions World.
Rebecca has a first class degree as well as distinctions in her post-graduate legal courses. She is a former member of YRes, Surrey and Resolution’s Pensions, Tax and Property Committee, and is a current member of Resolution and the Association of Women Solicitors.
