Rebecca Dziobon

Partner

Rebecca is a partner, and strategic head of the firm’s services for private clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and professional trustees. She previously gained a decade’s experience of advising on domestic and international family law matters, and now drives the knowledge and innovation function across the family, private client (advisory and contentious) and Court of Protection teams.

She has particular expertise advising on complex financial issues arising from relationship breakdown, including situations involving pensions, trusts and business interests, international families and emergency measures such as freezing orders and personal protection orders. In her innovation and knowledge role, she has led the creation and implementation of many firmwide processes and played a pivotal role in embedding new technologies that have enhanced user experience for lawyers and clients alike.

It is incredibly rewarding to work with my colleagues to deliver solutions that are creative and bespoke every day, as each client’s situation is different. I am very proud that we listen to what our clients are trying to achieve and ensure we build the specialist team to help them realise their goals.
