His practice covers drafting, advising on and negotiating manufacturing agreements, IP licences, IT agreements, procurement contracts, website terms, supply and distribution agreements and general terms and conditions for the supply of goods/services.
In the procurement field, Oliver’s experience includes working with clients on long-term supply and purchasing agreements, contract manufacture agreements, logistics and warehousing agreements, outsourcing agreements and intra-group arrangements. He regularly advises on supply chain issues such as commercial agency, retention of title and payment practices as well as data protection and compliance.
