Tom is a partner in our employment team. He qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and specialises in high-level advice to boards and senior executives and has particular experience in disputes at senior level, covenant litigation and FCA regulation. He regularly advises high net worth individuals on career moves, termination agreements and the negotiation of service agreements.

He also has an interest in the healthcare sector, having acted for NHS trusts, medical professionals, businesses within healthcare and recruitment agencies in the sector. Tom also has a great deal of advocacy experience in all areas of employment law and still enjoys the prospect of appearing at tribunal. He regularly has articles published in the legal press and has commented in the national media. 

Tom is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. The Legal 500 has recognised him as a ‘Recommended lawyer’ and he is individually ranked in Chambers UK where he is ‘recommended for his ability to handle difficult matters very well. He is heralded as a very commercial and bright lawyer, whose proactivity in following up matters is appreciated by clients.’
