Alison is a commercial property lawyer advising on-shore and off-shore owners, occupiers, investors and developers on a wide range of transactions. These include acquisitions and disposals, sale and leaseback arrangements, joint venture agreements, development agreements (including planning conditions), Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 advice and drafting and negotiating asset management agreements. 

She acts for landlords and tenants on leases, licences and general portfolio management matters. Alison also advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions and works with our tax team to provide advice on all aspects of property related tax.

Alison’s clients include MRH (GB) Limited and its subsidiaries, which is the largest independent petrol retailer in the UK, Aspire Development Management Limited and Burford. Her clients have praised her for her ‘quick response’ and ‘sound commercial advice’. Alison is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and is a member of the British Property Federation and Women in Property.
