Christina is an associate in the commercial, IP and IT team in London. She advises on commercial contracts including agency, distribution and supply agreements, as well as sponsorship agreements and franchising structures. In addition, she regularly provides support for UK and international clients on licensing, transfer of intellectual property and the commercialisation of ‘soft’ intellectual property rights. She has worked with several different technology start-ups and apps and is a mentor for a London-based edtech start-up.
An active member of the firm’s technology sector group, Christina also has experience spanning the retail, education and sports sectors. She enjoys advising international consumer products businesses, including those in regulated industry sectors such as e-cigarettes, beverages and caffeinated goods, on domestic and EU regulation including packaging, labelling content, e-commerce, consumer law and advertising restrictions.
She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2017 from another leading City law firm and has completed several secondments to large technology and broadcasting organisations where she worked closely with the legal teams, advising on digital media, software licensing and advertising matters.
