Mark is an experienced senior associate in the London real estate team.

He deals with a range of commercial and residential property investment work including real estate asset acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential leases, development site assembly and associated plot sales, options and section 106 agreements, secured lending and ancillary property work. Mark also advises on enfranchisement claims under the 1993 Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act. He has a particular interest in the environmental aspects of real estate and sustainability issues.

Mark’s client base ranges from real estate investors, developers and lenders to high net worth individuals. He is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) and regularly writes articles on real estate matters for industry publications.
