Nellie is a senior associate in the real estate team and advises on a range of non-contentious commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, a wide range of landlord and tenant related matters, and property financing.
She has a particular interest in rural property, and deals with the sale and purchase of landed estates and farms, overage arrangements, easements and first registrations, as well as sporting and telecommunications rights. Nellie is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Nellie works with her colleagues across the firm to ensure clients receive logical and synchronised advice, so that the best possible outcome is achieved. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2014.
