James Groves, Penningtons Manches

James is an associate in the commercial dispute resolution and regulatory compliance teams. He represents clients across a wide range of sectors in relation to contractual and shareholder disputes, data protection and professional negligence claims, as well as in matters arising out of investigations and enforcement actions instigated by a number of bodies including the Financial Conduct Authority.

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, James spent three years with a leading global contentious competition law practice where he represented several national and international transport and logistics corporations, as well as internet search providers on claims arising out of European Commission decisions.
