Her work includes advising on strategic governance arrangements, the set-up of new group entities, wider partnership working, co-operative and community benefit society law, general company law and charity law alongside drafting governance documentation.
Ellen has a range of experience across housing association group restructures and mergers and acquisitions, covering due diligence projects, joint ventures and collaboration agreements, charitable and corporate conversions, and the statutory merger processes including amalgamations and transfers of engagements.
