Rolland is the firm's marketing and development director and a member of the strategy board. He has dual responsibility for developing the firm's strategic approach to understanding and meeting its clients' needs as well as running the marketing and development functions across the business. With some 27 years' experience of professional services, he has a thorough knowledge of what clients look for in their professional advisers and the elements that create long-term, successful client relationships.
Rolland is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has sat on the advisory committee to one of the leading professional services marketing groups, as well as being an active member of various other professional networks. He regularly speaks at national and international events and conferences within the sector.
