Jonathan was appointed as the firm’s chief operating officer (COO) in April 2021 and is a member of the management board.
He has worked closely with a subset of the management board since 2016, following the outsourcing of the firm’s administrative support function. This relationship led to him dedicating the majority of his time to the firm to fulfil a newly created operations director role in 2019. Jonathan was also tasked with coordinating the firmwide response to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020-21.
Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Jonathan spent the majority of his career working in outsourcing with a specific focus on digital transformation. He held the role of COO at Intelligent Office, a legal sector specialist, and also previously worked at Swiss Post Solutions, a global BPO provider, in the position of UK and Ireland CEO in addition to having responsibility for emerging markets and being a member of the executive management board. Jonathan has an MBA, majoring in business operations and strategic human resource management.
