Profile

Rachel is the director of global business development and marketing, and works alongside the firm’s CEO and executive board to develop and execute the firm’s international strategy.

Prior to joining the firm in October 2022, Rachel held the position of global head of business development for the energy sector at an international law firm, where she was responsible for the planning and delivery of the global energy strategy across all regions, and for ensuring the engagement of over 1500 energy lawyers. Rachel also led the development and execution of the firm's energy transition global strategic initiative to assist clients on their decarbonisation journey.

Before her career in the legal sector, Rachel was head of global operations for IPFA, an international, independent, not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting and representing the interests of private sector companies involved in PPP, PFI and project finance for infrastructure projects worldwide. Rachel led the successful development of IPFA branches in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, South Africa, Australia, the Middle East and America.
