Sarah Kenshall

Partner

Sarah is a partner in the intellectual property, IT and commercial team, based in the London office. She has a particular focus on next generation technologies and a deep understanding of the partnerships and supply chains involved in digital transformation projects. She combines her commercial knowhow with an expert knowledge of intellectual property and the laws surrounding data, networks and systems.

Acting for supply side clients, a feature of Sarah’s practice is her advice on the legal and regulatory aspects of often very complex technologies, and devising new business models to handle new technologies and take them to market. She also works with companies procuring technologies, and public sector and quasi-governmental bodies on critical policy and regulatory projects, establishing technology infrastructures to support new services, data sharing, AI and machine learning.

One of the great things about my job is the sheer variety of my work in the realms of next generation technologies. Whatever the technology, my job is to minimise risk for my clients whilst helping them to realise and deliver their projects.
