If necessary, we will pursue court action on behalf of our clients to achieve the required outcome, but will always advise on the full spectrum of options before resorting to formal proceedings. We will not encourage doomed crusades. The ability to negotiate the right outcome for our clients in a strong, reasonable and credible manner is one of our most highly prized assets.

We are able to react quickly and decisively and understand that in a world of social media platforms and 24/7 news coverage, it is critical to move rapidly. Prevention is better than cure so where there is prior notice of the publication of damaging material, we can help prevent or mitigate its impact.

Injunctions can be an important tool to stop the disclosure of private material in which there is no public interest and, as experts in handling privacy claims, we will advise where this is an appropriate avenue to take.
