Ellie is an associate based in the London office, and has a broad range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

She regularly supports businesses and individuals with advice across a variety of employment issues. Ellie has advised companies operating in a number of sectors, including entertainment, retail, and professional services. She regularly acts on day-to-day HR and employment law matters, including guiding employers through disciplinary and capability procedures, and grievances. Ellie has also assisted with restructures and organisational changes. She is well-versed in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, staff handbooks, and internal policies.

I understand that employment issues can be complex and personal. I offer advice which is clear, thorough and tailored to the needs of clients. I pride myself on being grounded, empathetic, and responsive, and have a genuine commitment to helping clients find practical solutions.

In addition to her work with employers, Ellie also represents senior executives and employees in workplace disputes. She has experience in negotiating settlement agreements and advising on exit strategies, and has supported clients in bringing and defending claims before the Employment Tribunal, including those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Ellie qualified as a solicitor in 2023 after completing her training contract at a multi-service law firm in the north-west of England. Following qualification, she relocated to London and joined the firm’s employment department in 2025.
