Emma is a partner in the corporate team, based in the firm’s Birmingham office. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, group reorganisations, and shareholder arrangements.

She has a particular interest in supporting early-stage and high-growth businesses, offering strategic legal guidance that evolves with their needs. Emma’s experience also spans advising large corporates, local authorities, universities, and property development companies, reflecting her versatility and commercial insight across sectors.
