Lucy is a case manager in the Basingstoke housing team. She joined the firm in 2018.

She specialises in dealing with new-build sales and after-sales matters for registered providers including re-sales, staircasings and informal lease extensions. She also assists with a wide range of asset management matters including carrying out and reviewing searches, assisting with due diligence and liaising with clients and other solicitors.
