In this Penningtons Manches Cooper’s social housing podcast series, our lawyers meet with industry experts to discuss their specialist areas of focus and the day-to-day challenges working in the sector. The people and organisations working in the sector share a unified aim, to promote social housing within the United Kingdom, so it is an industry where collaboration is a common theme.

This podcast is a way for ideas, problems, and solutions to be shared and discussed to give those working in the sector, whether they are new to the industry or seasoned professionals, fresh ideas to think about. There will also be legal training at the end of each podcast, giving solicitors within the firm the opportunity to pass on an understanding of the legal factors that impact on the topic being discussed.
