Penningtons Manches advises Wainwright Associates on sale to Yes Pharma Services

Buckinghamshire-based Wainwright Associates Limited, a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in EU regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance, has merged with YES Pharma Services GmbH (YES), a knowledge-based service provider in the pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetics sector. YES acquired 100% of the share capital of Wainwright Associates Limited.

A multi-disciplinary corporate, employment and real estate team from Penningtons Manches acted for Chris and Penny Wainwright, the selling shareholders of Wainwright Associates Limited. Guildford corporate partner, Simon Bickerdike had overall responsibility for the team which comprised employment partner, Mike Cole and Bryan Park, Clare Coley, Conor Geoghegan and Sam Davies. Mike O’Connor and Mary Edwards from BCMS Corporate were lead advisors to the shareholders in relation to the marketing and ultimate sale of Wainwright Associates Limited.
