Profile

Alison is an associate in the IP, IT and commercial team in Reading. She assists with a range of matters, including commercial agreements, website policies and data protection.

She has experience in drafting and advising on non-disclosure agreements, master services and supply of services agreements, consumer and business terms and conditions, marketing guidance, website terms and privacy policies, as well as providing commercial support in corporate and social housing transactions. Alison has a particular interest in data protection and in advising clients in the charitable, not-for-profit, and social housing sectors.

Having originally joined the firm as a paralegal in 2021, following her training contract, she qualified as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Alison had a career as a programme manager in the financial services, retail and logistics sectors.
