Profile

Adam is a senior associate in the Oxford family team. He advises on all areas of family law including separation, children matters and financial remedy proceedings, including cases with an international element.

He has particular expertise in funding for family law cases, having worked in-house at two market-leading litigation lenders, before returning to private practice with Penningtons Manches Cooper.

Adam has been described in The Legal 500 as ‘hard working, client-friendly and [with] very good judgement’ and was ‘Top Recommended’ for litigation funding in 2023 in the Spear’s 500 index. Adam is an active member of Resolution and sits on their Training and Learning Committee.
