Oliver Tyson

Associate

Oliver is an associate in the construction and dispute resolution team. He has advised on a variety of issues, from interim payment disputes to prolongation and liquidated damages claims and defect claims.

His clients include main contractors, mechanical and engineering contractors, carpentry and joinery specialists, recruitment agencies and labour suppliers, brick workers, scaffolders and groundworks companies. With extensive experience of resolving disputes through negotiation and court proceedings Oliver holds higher rights of audience.

I aim to have the best understanding possible of a client’s matter and end-goals, in order to provide both pragmatic and commercial advice. This requires a recognition that the human aspects of a matter are often as important as the legal ones.
