Oliver is a commercial lawyer, providing guidance to businesses on a variety of commercial contracts with a particular focus on IT, technology and procurement. His practice covers drafting, advising on and negotiating manufacturing agreements, IP licences, IT agreements, procurement contracts, online terms, supply and distribution agreements and general terms and conditions for the supply or purchase of goods/services.

In the procurement field, Oliver’s experience includes working with clients on digital transformation projects, long-term supply and purchasing agreements, contract manufacture agreements, logistics and warehousing agreements, outsourcing and intra-group arrangements, often in the financial services, retail and real estate sectors. He regularly advises on supply chain issues as well as cyber security and data protection.

I deal with the full range of contractual matters for clients operating in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on technology. Working collaboratively with clients, my aim is to help them achieve their commercial objectives and mitigate legal risk by providing tailored advice in a business-focused, usable format.
