His experience spans financial, commercial and property-related disputes, as well as professional negligence, shareholder and company law matters, civil fraud, and recovery actions. Primarily, his work is focused on the financial services and real estate sectors, and clients include a FTSE 100 company, banks, financial institutions, real estate funds, business owners and family offices. He also has experience of disputes in the energy, construction, tech and aviation sectors, and has worked on both national and international disputes.
Since 2009, Kamran has successfully acted for a large number of banking and finance sector clients in professional negligence actions, predominantly against valuers and solicitors. He has successfully resolved all of these disputes, either through mediation, other forms of alternative dispute resolution or at trial or arbitration.
