Megan is our diversity, equality, inclusion and CSR manager. Megan joined the firm in January 2023 and is responsible for the its DEI agenda, and our CSR activities. She is experienced in supporting law firms with their responsible business initiatives and profile, and has strong expertise in creating and ensuring inclusive policies and processes are embedded in both HR and the wider business.

Passionate about driving change and shifting cultural dials, Megan works closely with our diversity and inclusion committees to ensure Penningtons Manches Cooper is a place in which everyone, from all backgrounds, can succeed.
