Giorgia is a managing associate in the real estate team in Cambridge, specialising in commercial property. She has particular expertise in acting for investor landlords and science park occupiers, although her clients also include developers, occupiers of commercial property and lenders.

She works on a broad spectrum of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of property, landlord and tenant matters, development financing and property management. A significant element of her work involves the acquisition (with or without funding) and subsequent asset management of commercial property for investment purposes. She also has a wealth of experience in acting for tenants in the science sector taking leases at new or existing buildings.

Having qualified in 2014, Giorgia joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018. Her prior experience of acting for a range of businesses means that she has gained valuable knowledge across a number of key sectors and industries relevant to commercial property law. Recognised as a ‘key lawyer’ by The Legal 500, Giorgia holds a first class degree in law from King’s College, Cambridge, and obtained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course.
