Working for TV and film broadcast and production clients, as well as major tech corporates, is a real privilege. I thoroughly enjoy providing practical legal advice, and oftentimes critical business support, to great clients whose businesses I’m passionate about. It’s a pleasure to be recognised as a leading employment lawyer for media clients.
Graham has many years’ litigation experience. He defends all types of discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as handling unfair dismissal and disputes over contractual entitlements. His contentious work also includes high value bonus claims and claims based on restraint of trade issues. Additionally, Graham has been advising for over 20 years on the application of the Equality Act 2010 to talent selection and all other aspects of TV and film broadcast and production, and has provided guidance to the government on this issue.
Legal 500 describes Graham as ‘a go-to name for media, entertainment and technology corporates’, as well as ‘technically strong’, having an ‘eye for detail’, and ‘absolutely brilliant’. He is also ranked as a leading lawyer in employment in Chambers UK.
