Giorgia Mayes

Managing associate

Giorgia is a managing associate in the real estate team in Cambridge, specialising in commercial property. She has particular expertise in acting for investor landlords and science park occupiers, although her clients also include developers, occupiers of commercial property and lenders.

She works on a broad spectrum of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of property, landlord and tenant matters, development financing and property management. A significant element of her work involves the acquisition (with or without funding) and subsequent asset management of commercial property for investment purposes. She also has a wealth of experience in acting for tenants in the science sector taking leases at new or existing buildings.

I enjoy building relationships with my clients so that I can understand what truly matters to them. I aim to protect their interests while keeping the transaction moving forward, not getting sidetracked by unimportant details, and always keeping the end goal in mind.
