Osaruchi is a senior associate in the construction and infrastructure team in London. She is involved in both contentious and non-contentious work and acts for a wide range of clients including developers, housing associations, contractors and tenants.

On the contentious side, Osaruchi advises professional consultants and contractors on multi-million pound disputes, dealing with, for example, extension of time claims, professional negligence claims and final account disputes. She has experience of all ADR procedures, including arbitration, adjudication and mediation, and matters in the Technology and Construction Court and the Court of Appeal. Her non-contentious experience includes advising on and negotiating industry standard building contracts, professional team appointments, development agreements, collateral warranties and deeds of novation.

Osaruchi joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018. She trained at another leading City law firm, where she qualified in 2017.
