Danielle is a senior associate based in the Reading office. She advises on a broad spectrum of family issues, from financial settlements and proceedings relating to the arrangements for children, to cohabitation disputes between non-married couples. She also has experience in advising on and preparing pre/post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. As a member of Resolution, Danielle is committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and non-adversarial way. She is also a qualified mediator, currently working towards accredited mediator status.
Her particular expertise lies in resolving mid to high net worth finances following a divorce with a specific interest in cases involving complex business interests and structures. Danielle is a Resolution accredited specialist for complex financial remedy proceedings (mid to high net worth), and for private children proceedings.
Danielle joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in January 2022 having previously worked in a Legal 500 Tier 1 family department of a regional Thames Valley firm. She has been listed in the Legal 500, and in 2020 and 2021, she won the Lawyer Monthly Women in Law award in recognition of her contributions to family law. Danielle is also the secretary for the Resolution committee for Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, and is involved in organising training and networking opportunities for family practitioners in and around the Thames Valley.
