Penningtons Manches Cooper’s private wealth group shortlisted in two leading industry awards
Penningtons Manches Cooper’s private wealth group has been shortlisted in two leading awards programmes, with nominations for both the 2026 Spear’s Awards and the 2026 eprivateclient Excellence Awards.
The Spear’s Awards, widely regarded as one of the most prestigious awards programmes in the private client sector, recognise excellence among advisers and firms serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, and their families.
This year, Penningtons Manches Cooper has been shortlisted in the newly introduced ‘Law Firm of the Year’ category, which recognises firms that have demonstrated outstanding legal expertise and service to ultra-high net worth clients and family offices. Partner Anna Worwood, head of the family law team, has also been shortlisted in the ‘Lawyer of the Year, Family’ category. Nominees are those lawyers who have delivered exceptional service to clients, while having an unblemished record of regulatory compliance and adhering to the highest standards of ethics and discretion. Winners of the 2026 Spear’s Awards will be announced on 3 November 2026 at a ceremony in London.
In addition, the firm has been named among the finalists in the 2026 eprivateclient Excellence Awards. The programme celebrates the achievements of firms across the UK and offshore legal, tax, fiduciary and advisory professions in 12 award categories, with winners due to be announced on 1 October 2026.
