The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised Integral Partners LLC, a leading cyber security services and solutions firm, on its sale to Xalient.
Founded in 2013 and based in Boulder, Colorado, Integral Partners is a specialised cyber security consulting and integration firm with deep technical experience, proven advisory and implementation methodology, and expert identity and access management professionals. Integral Partners helps their customers define and implement cyber security solutions to enable their businesses in an environment of increasing compliance, competition, and ever-evolving cyber security threats.
The Penningtons Manches Cooper team advised Integral Partners on the UK aspects of the deal and was led by corporate partner and global head of corporate Matthew Martin, with support from corporate associate Emily MacDonald. The team worked closely with US law firm Rutan & Tucker who acted as lead counsel on the transaction.
