Emily is an associate in the corporate team in London. She has advised on a range of corporate law matters, including M&A, group restructuring, debt and equity finance, shareholders’ and founders’ agreements and general corporate governance issues.
From start-ups to established businesses, Emily has acted for clients across a variety of sectors including software and technology, real estate, financial services and hospitality.
Emily joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022 from another London law firm, where she trained and qualified in 2019. Prior to commencing her career, she studied at the University of Exeter where she read law with international study, completing her third year in the US at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
