Penningtons Manches Cooper advises Invigorate Platform on Tech Nation collaboration

Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised Invigorate Platform on a significant collaboration with Tech Nation, which aims to bring world class advisory support and value-creation insights to innovative scale-ups across the UK.

Invigorate Platform is the UK's first insights-led advisory platform for investor-backed scaling businesses. This collaboration enables Tech Nation’s executive alumni community to share their scaling expertise with the next generation of unicorns, accelerating both business and professional growth across the tech ecosystem.

Work on the collaboration agreement was led by Oliver Kidd, partner in the IP, IT and commercial team, with support from trainee solicitor Jenny Wright.
