Penningtons Manches' social housing team appointed to Notting Hill Genesis legal panel

Following a highly competitive tender exercise, the social housing team at Penningtons Manches has won a place on the legal services panel for Notting Hill Genesis in connection with treasury and finance work.

Notting Hill Genesis is one of the largest housing associations in London, formed in 2018 following the amalgamation of Notting Hill Housing Trust and Genesis Housing Association Limited. The combined organisation manages around 64,000 homes in London and the South East, providing homes for 170,000 residents.

Head of social housing securitisation Charlotte D’Avola commented: “We are delighted to have been appointed by Notting Hill Genesis and look forward to partnering with them to help them achieve their vision and social purpose."
