Penningtons Manches Cooper advises on sale of ClickIQ to leading global job site

Penningtons Manches Cooper's corporate team has advised the shareholders of ClickIQ on its acquisition by Indeed, the world’s the world’s largest job site. Guildford corporate partner Simon Bickerdike led the Penningtons Manches Cooper team, supported by senior associate Liz Gillingham and corporate tax partner Stephen Goldstraw. Specialist employment advice was provided by Mike Cole.

Founded in 2017, and with offices in Surrey and Aberdeen, ClickIQ uses AI recruitment technology to manage, track and optimise the performance of clients’ recruitment advertising in real-time.
