Penningtons Manches Cooper advises on major cross-border transaction

The corporate team at top 50 law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised on the sale of ISO.health, a UK based medical communications specialist to W2O, a provider of digital marketing communications to the healthcare sector based in San Francisco. The deal was led by partner and co-head of the corporate practice Simon Bickerdike with support from associate Cecily Holt.

ISO.health develops and delivers effective multi-channel medical and scientific educational programs for pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences organisations. The transaction is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions W20 has made as it continues its global expansion in scientific and medical marketing communications. ISO. will operate as W2O iso within W2O’s global brand architecture. Its co-founders Suzanne Jacobs, Oli Burnham and Isabel Gibson will serve in leadership roles.
