We announced on 4 October 2012 that the UKBA had published a list of financial institutions from which it will only accept financial statements from Bangladesh to support visa applications made under the points based system.
This list has since been withdrawn and will be replaced by two separate lists of financial institutions from which the UKBA will only accept financial statements, and from which it will not.
We will provide further information on these lists and the start dates in due course. Until then, existing arrangements will continue.
