The UKBA publishes list of approved Bangladesh financial institutions

The UKBA has announced that it has published a list of financial institutions from which it will only accept financial statements from Bangladesh to support visa applications made under the points based system. The list will come into effect as of 1 November 2012 and anyone applying for a points based system visa from this date must submit evidence from one of the financial institutions to prove that they have sufficient funds.

Anyone submitting financial statements from an institution which does not appear on the list will have their visa application refused on these grounds.
