Penningtons has been informed that the UKBA sponsorship casework operations team is currently experiencing high volumes of requests and applications from sponsors and prospective sponsors in relation to sponsor licence applications. As a result, individuals may encounter a short delay. However, the UKBA has told us that it is working hard to ensure that any delays are not prolonged.
