Hourly rates

Our costs are generally incurred by reference to the time spent by the solicitor or legal advisor dealing with your application. All of our specialist immigration advisors details are on the website and can be accessed here. The hourly rates vary by location and experience and fall into the following categories as at May 2023:

Partners/associate directors

£375 - £525 plus VAT per hour

Senior associates

£285 - £300 plus VAT per hour

Associates

£245 - £265 plus VAT per hour

Paralegals

£150 - £175 plus VAT per hour

The fees quoted above are based on the following assumptions:

  • the supporting evidence requested is provided in a timely manner;
  • you meet the requirements of the category under which you are applying;
  • there are no previous refusals or other complications with your immigration history.

Please note the range of fees quoted above is based on previous cases. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case. 

Our work will include:

  • discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • giving you advice about the requirements of the relevant category and whether you meet the criteria;
  • if you do not fulfil certain requirements, whether this can be overcome by providing alternative supporting evidence;
  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
  • liaising with Home Office officials on your behalf where necessary; and
  • providing post decision advice in the form of a completion letter.

The above costs do not include:

  • any Home Office fees for making the application. This will be paid directly to the Home Office as part of the application process - you can view Home Office fees here;
  • interpreters’ and translation fees - we will provide you with a quote before appointing any interpreter or translator;
  • Independent expert reports, for example medical experts. We will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary and provide you with a quote;
  • time spent preparing and attending a Home Office interview where requested;
  • where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal
  • dependants fees.

How long will my application take?

  • an application can be made within 24-48 hours of receiving all completed information from you.  This is provided the documents are in order. We will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this;
