We invite you to join us for our next HR leaders roundtable, which will focus on the rise of the AI-empowered employee.

HR teams are being faced with longer, legalistic grievances, responses to disciplinary andperformance procedures and employment tribunal claims.

Our next HR leaders roundtable discussion will focus on the increasing use of AI tools such asChatGPT and Copilot by litigants in person and, often, their advisers. Is this providing accessto justice or is it simply placing an intolerable burden on business and the tribunal system?

Join members of our employment team and peers for a candid discussion on how this is affecting businesses in practice and to discuss ways of dealing with what some see as a wasteful modern onslaught. If we have time, we will also discuss the impact of the removal of the cap on unfair dismissal compensation and whether this is likely to add fuel to the fire.
