Property professionals lunch: review of the market following the Autumn Budget

We are pleased to invite you to our next property professionals lunch on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at West Surrey Golf Club, Godalming.

The lunch will bring together professionals from across the property sector to discuss the Autumn Budget and its implications for the UK property market.

Attendees typically include surveyors, architects, estate agents, accountants, financial advisers, banks, solicitors, property companies, developers and investors from across the A3 corridor. The event provides an opportunity to exchange views, make new connections and continue existing professional relationships.

Colleagues, guests and contacts are welcome to attend. Due to limited capacity, registrations are limited to a maximum of four places per organisation.

The lunch will cost is £36 per person, including VAT, and invoices will be raised after the event. A complimentary drink will be served on arrival, after which there will be a cash bar.
