Multi-defendant claim settled before trial
We acted for a man injured in an accident in Lake Garda, Italy. He sustained a broken wrist, dislocated index finger, a small fracture to his skull and concussion.
Our client sustained crush injuries to his legs while sitting in a wheelchair between two motorised buggies at Vancouver Airport. He had been assisted off the flight as he was unwell when the driver of one of these buggies lost control and collided with him.

Cruise ends in baggage area collision
A woman was in the process of disembarking from a cruise ship following a cruise with her husband. She was in the luggage hall when she was struck in the leg by another holidaymaker's trolley, causing her to suffer a large haematoma to her left leg which ulcerated.
We successfully recovered compensation for an English motorcyclist after he was hit by a local resident driving a Volkswagen vehicle in Germany. Liability was admitted but the German insurers objected to various heads of claim and denied that all the reported injuries were caused by the accident.
