Life-time settlement for girl severely brain injured by hospital's negligence
In this case we negotiated a settlement for an 11-year old girl who suffered brain damage during birth because the hospital negligently failed to identify that she was being starved of oxygen.
She is entirely dependent on others for her care, unable to sit without support and only able to communicate by moving her eyes.
We agreed a settlement whereby our client receives index-linked annual payments for life, providing both her and her parents with the security that her care needs will always be met.
