Fatal surgical error in gall bladder removal
Our client's wife died following surgery to remove her gall bladder in which the operating surgeon failed properly to identify her anatomy.
As a result, severe internal injuries were caused. Attempts were made to repair the damage, but tragically she died. The case was settled for £80,000.
