Driving forward the sale of automotive spares distributor

Guildford corporate client, Camberley Auto Factors (CAF) is Southern England's leading motor factor and distributor of quality motor spares, car spares and car parts. A family business, CAF has supplied motor components for British, European and Asian cars for over 45 years. It has 26 branches across the South of England with a further five locations housing the company's specialist divisions.

Our corporate team recently advised the CAF shareholders on the sale of the company to Andrew Page Acquisitions Limited, a Leeds-based vehicle parts distributor. The deal was part of Andrew Page’s expansion programme to increase its number of branches to 90 nationwide and make the company one of the largest independent spares distribution businesses in the UK.

The Penningtons team worked closely with the CAF shareholders throughout the sale, advising on the tax, employment and property aspects of the transaction.
